and mind,may they be freed of harm peril and these be extinguished and cool.
The tenfold of virtues are:
1. Saddha = conviction 2. Sila = Morality
3. Caga = Generosity 4. Suta = learning
5. Panna = Wisdom 5. Hiri = Modesty
7. Ottappa = Fear to do evil
